Spiced Beef Roast Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Margarine,
2 lbs: Beef stew meat, cubed
1/4 cup: Flour,
1/2 cup: Onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp: Garlic, minced
1 can: VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables, drained, 16 oz
1 tsp: Thyme, dried
1: Bay leaf,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1 cup: Beer or water,
1 can: Beef broth, 12 oz

Directions:
1. Melt margarine in skillet; brown beef.

2. Add flour and mix well.

3. Add onions, garlic spices, sugar, beer or water, and broth.

4. Place casserole dish in 350F. oven. Cook 1-1/2 hours until meat is
tender, adding VEG-ALL 15 minutes before completion.

5. Remove whole bay leaf and serve.
