Spicey French Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Flour,
3/4 cup: Red Wine Vinegar,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Worchestershire sauce,
1 1/2 tbsp: Onion powder,
2 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/2 cup: Ketchup,
1 tsp: Celery seed,
1 cup: Salad oil,

Directions:

Cook sugar, flour and vinegar until thickened. Add remaining
ingredients except oil. Blenderize thoroughly and slowly add oil.
