Spicy Beef Ribbons Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Rump roast, trimmed
Marinade:,
1 cup: Cilantro, finely chopped
1 tbsp: Fresh ginger root, peeled
& minced,
4 Cloves: garlic, minced
4 tbsp: Sesame oil,
2 tbsp: Chili sauce, hot
2 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1 tbsp: Rice vinegar,
1: Whole lime, juiced
pn Sugar, optional
8: Skewers,
Directions:
Cut beef into long strips, about 1/8 inch thick. Mix remaining
ingredients. Add beef strips to bowl and marinate in refrigerator for
at least 1 hour. Weave 1 or more strips of beef on each skewer. Grill
or broil, turning occasionally (2 to 3 minutes each side) or until
desired doneness.
