Spinach (marks) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Fresh spinach,
1 tsp: Seasame oil,
2 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 tbsp: Toasted seasame seeds,
Directions:
Rinse spinach leaves well and trim large stems. In a large
non-stick, heat sesame oil and saute garlic. Add wet spinach leaves
and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Drain; stir in sesame seeds.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Food Exchanges per serving: 1
