Gingered Ham Slice Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Fully cooked center cut ham slice, about 1" thick
1/2 cup: Ginger ale,
1/2 cup: Orange juice,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 1/2 tsp: Wine vinegar,
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/4 tsp: Ground ginger,
1/8 tsp: Ground cloves,
Directions:
Slash fat edge of ham. Whisk briskly the ginger ale, orange juice,
brown sugar, vegetable oil, ginger, mustard and cloves. Pour over ham
in a shallow dish. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and preferably
overnight. Spoon marinade over ham frequently. Brown on grill over
medium coals, or broil about 5 inches from the heat for about 15
minutes on each side, brushing frequently with marinade.
