Giselles Acadian Plogues (ployes) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: White buckwheat flour,
1 cup: Regular flour,
4 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Cold water,
1/2 cup: Boiling water,
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add cold water and let stand for 10 minutes. Add
boiling water and drop to make thin 6" pancakes on hot griddle,
400=B0. Bake on one side only, until bubbled and firm. Serve on warm
platter, cover with napkins.
