Graham Brownies Recipe

Yield: 16 Brownies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine,
1 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
2: Eggs,
2/3 cup: Graham cracker crumbs, about 4 crackers
1/3 cup: All-purpose flour,
1/3 cup: Hersheys Cocoa,
1/4 tsp: Baking powder,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Chopped nuts, optional
BROWNIE FROSTING,
3 tbsp: Butter or margarine, softened
3 tbsp: Hersheys Cocoa,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla extract,
1 cup: Powdered sugar,
2 tbsp: Milk,

Directions:
Heat oven to 350

F. Grease 9-inch square baking pan. In medium
saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs; beat well with spoon. Add remaining ingredients, stirring
until mixture is well blended. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake
20 to 25 minutes or until brownie springs back when lightly touched
in center. Do not overbake Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Frost
with BROWNIE FROSTING, if desired. Cut into squares. 16 brownies.

BROWNIE FROSTING (optional): In small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons
butter or margarine, softened, 3 tablespoons Hersheys Cocoa and 1/2
teaspoon vanilla extract. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2
tablespoons milk; beat to spreading consistency. About
1 cup frosting.
