2 1/2 tsp: Dry yeast,
3 cup: Whole wheat flour,
3/4 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tbsp: Dry milk powder,
1 1/2 tbsp: Oil,
5 tbsp: Honey,
1 large: Egg,
9 1/2 ounce: Water about 130 degrees,

Preparation :
The "Welbilt" bread machine on sweet bread cycle. Again add
ingredients in order listed. The critical ingredient again is the
amount of water after a couple of tries youll find the right amount.
*You may have to cut back on yeast to about 1 teaspoon depending on
weather and time of year.
