Home-made Almond Paste Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Almonds-whole, blanched
1 tsp: Almond Extract,
1 1/2 cup: Powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1: Egg white,
Directions:
Grind almonds, a portion at a time, in electric blender or food
chopper using fine blade. Combine with remaining ingredients and
work to a stiff paste. Store in airtight container of disposable
plastic bag. This makes 13 ounces.
