FOR POULTRY, PORK, SEAFOOD
2: Garlic cloves, crushed
3: Shallots, minced
1/4 cup: Peanut oil,
3 tbsp: Nuoc mam sauce,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1/4 tsp: Bouillon powder,
1/4 tsp: Freshly ground pepper,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
