The Misers Feast(welsh) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Potatoes,
1/2 lbs: Onions,
1 lbs: Welsh bacon rashers or ham,
Salt and pepper,
Directions:
GlNLEDD Y CYBYDD Peel and slice the potatoes and onions. Place in
salted water and bring to the boil. Then add the s#ices of bacon or
tha piace of ham. Add pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to
2 hours. Drain and serve hot or cold.
