Ingredients:
3 lbs: Pork tenderloin cut lengthwi se into 5 or 6 strips,
1 cup: Soy sauce,
1 tbsp: "five spices",
1 tsp: Chopped fresh ginger,
1 tbsp: Sugar, granulated
2 tsp: Cooking oil,
Directions:
Marinate the pork for 1 hour at room temperature. Charcoal broil until
golden. The marinade can be refrigerated and reused, each time adding
