Tidbit Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
3: 1oz squares unsweetened baking chocolate,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1: Egg,
1 cup: Powdered sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 cup: Pecan pieces,
10 ounce: Miniature marshmallows,
Shredded coconut,
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate together. In a large bowl, beat egg and
powdered sugar until well blended. Add vanilla and pecans. Add
chocolate mixture and marshmallows and stir to combine all
ingredients evenly. Form into logs on waxed paper sprinkled with
coconut, and coat all sides of the logs with coconut. Wrap and freeze
until needed. Slice and serve.
