Tipsy Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup: Cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
4 tbsp: Butter, soft
1/2 cup: Firmly packed light brown sugar,
Pinch of salt,
1/3 cup: Jack Daniels whiskey,
Pecan halves or marshmallow for topping,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except topping.
Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with pecan halves or
marshmallows. Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly. Makes 6 to 8 servings,
but be careful, everyone will want seconds!
