Tofu Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:
10 ounce: Drained Tofu,
1/4 cup: Grated Parmesan,
2 each: Garlic cloves,
1/2 lbs: Mushrooms, Sliced & Sauteed
1/4 cup: Fresh Parsley,
2 1/2 cup: Sauce,
2 cup: Grated Mozz, Swiss or M.Jac
12 each: Lasagne Noodles,

Directions:
Mix mashed tofu with parmesan and garlic. Oil pan -- layer noodles
with sauce, cheese, mushrooms & tofu mix.
top layer should be noodle with sauce & cheese. Bake @ 350 for 45
minutes (or 400 for 35 minutes)
