Tofu & Peanut Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Peanut butter,
14 ounce: Tofu,
1 cup: , water or unseasoned veggie broth
1: Garlic clove, or more
3 tbsp: Tamari,
pn Cayenne or your favorite hot sauce, optional

Directions:
In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients
untilsmooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little extra
water.

Pour the sauce into a skillet or saucepan and stir over mediumheat
until it is thoroughly heated.

Serve over grains such as buckwheat, millet, or rice, or over pasta.
