Tortiere Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Lean ground beef,
1/2 lbs: Ground pork,
1: Onion, chopped
1: Clove, garlic
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Savory or thyme,
1/4 tsp: Celery salt,
1/4 tsp: Ground cloves,
1/2 cup: Water,

Directions:
In a pot mix together 1/2 lb each lean ground beef and 1/2 lb ground
pork and all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to
simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1/2 cup breadcrumbs spoon by spoon until
the fat is absorbed. Cool mixture. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Add
the top crust. Cook 25 minutes in a preheated 450F oven. Source: The
