Honey-mustard Dressing (prodigy) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Dijon-style mustard,
2 tbsp: Honey,
3 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Freshly ground pepper,
3/4 cup: Safflower oil, or other vegetable oil
Directions:
IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and
pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing.
Makes 1 1/2 Cups
