Hot Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tsp: Mustard prepared, heaping
1 tsp: Butter,
1 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Cream,
1 dash: Cinnamon,
1 dash: Salt,
1 tsp: Flour,
2: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Apple Cider Vinegar,
1 dash: Nutmeg,
1 dash: Cayenne Pepper,
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in double boiler,
stirring constantly until mixture thickens. This is great served with
a ham. It is also good with turkey on sandwiches, with some of the
leftover dressing.
