Ingredients:
2 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Black pepper,
4 tsp: Fennel seeds,
4 tsp: Oregano,
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
8 lbs: Pork shoulder,

Directions:
Cut the pork into 1 1/2" cubes. Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork
and toss to distribute. Grind. Shape sausage into patties.
