Ingredients:
1 cup: Horseradish,
1/2 cup: Vinegar,
3 1/4 cup: Sugar,
1/2 Bottle: fruit pectin,

Directions:
Combine horseradish, vinegar, and sugar. Stir. Heat rapidly to full
rolling boil. Add fruit pectin. Stirring constantly, heat again to
full rolling boil. Boil 1/2 minute. Remove from fire. Let stand 1
minute. Skim. The Household Searchlight
