Weingelee (dessert Wine Jelly) Recipe

Ingredients:
4 package: Unflavored gelatin,
2 cup: Cold water,
1 cup: Sugar,
3 cup: Boiling white grape juice,
1 cup: Medium dry white wine,
Sweetened whipped cream,
Strawberries,

Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften. Stir in sugar and grape
juice; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in wine. Pour into 6-cup
mold. Refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours. Unmold and serve with
whipped cream. Garnish with strawberries.
