Hamburger Stroganoff (04/29/93) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Chopped Onion,
1 lbs: Hamburger,
2 tsp: Salt,
8 ounce: Can Cream of Chicken Soup,
1 Clove: Minced Garlic,
2 tbsp: Flour,
4 tsp: Pepper,
Parsley,
4 cup: Butter,
1 cup: Sour Cream,
8 ounce: Can Mushrooms,

Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup,
simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through. Garnish
with parsley. Serve on noodles or rice.
