Wilted Romaine-onion Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Medium: onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup: Vegetable oil,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 dash: Red pepper sauce,
Grated Swiss cheese,
6 cup: Bite-sized romaine lettuce,
3 tbsp: Dry white wine,
1 tsp: Instant beef bouillon,
Grated Parmesan cheese,
Seasoned croutons,
Directions:
Toss onions (cut into rings) and romaine in 4 individual salad bowls.
Heat oil, wine, sugar, bouillon and red pepper sauce to boiling,
stirring occasionally. Drizzle hot dressing on salads; sprinkle with
cheese and croutons.
