Wilted Spinach Salad (from My Garden) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 tbsp: walnut or almond oil,
1/4 lbs: nuts,
1/2 cup: mandarin orange segments,
1 bunch: spinach, washed and dried
Directions:
In saucepan heat oil with nuts. Add oranges and pour over spinach.
Toss and serve.
