Yam Vietnam (spicy Shrimp & Pork Salad) Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp: Coriander seeds, ground
3: Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp: Fresh ground black pepper,
3 tbsp: Vinegar,
3 tbsp: Lime or lemon juice,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1/4 tsp: Dried ground chili peppers,
2 cup: Cooked pork, cubed small
1 lbs: Cooked shrimp, diced small
1: Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 tsp: Mint,
Directions:
Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice,
salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber.
