Yogurt Cheese-tuna Spread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Yogurt, plain lowfat
1/2 cup: Celery-coarsely chopped,
Pepper-freshly ground,
4 ounce: Tuna, water packed-drained
1 tbsp: Grainy Mustard,
Directions:
Line a strainer with paper towels; place over a medium bowl and spoon
in yogurt. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Pour off and discard any
liquid and turn yogurt cheese into the bowl. In small food processor,
process tuna and celery until finely chopped. Add tuna mixture to
yogurt cheese; stir in mustard and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
