Zucchini & Hominy Recipe

1/4 cup: Onion, Chopped, 1 Sm
2 tbsp: Margarine Or Butter,
2 tbsp: Vegetable Oil,
3: Zucchini, Md., *
2 cup: Tomatoes, Chopped, 2 Md
20 ounce: Hominy, Drained, 1 cn
2 tbsp: Lime Juice,
1 tbsp: Chile Powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 dash: Pepper,
Directions:
* Cut the zucchini into 1/2-inch pieces.
