Sauerkraut Rye Bread Recipe

Yield: 1 loaf

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: + 1 tablespoon water,
2 tbsp: molasses,
2 tbsp: butter or margarine softened,
1 cup: sauerkraut, well drained and chopped
1 tbsp: caraway seed,
2 tbsp: brown sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: salt,
1 cup: rye flour,
2 cup: bread flour,
2 1/4 tsp: active dry yeast,

Directions:
In bread machine, place in all ingredients in order suggested by
manufacture. Select basic bread setting and light bread color.

Bake according to machine directions checking dough after 5 minutes.
Add flour or water if needed. Make 1 loaf.
