West Bend Cracked Wheat Bread [abm] Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Plus 2 tbsp water [80 deg],
1 3/4 cup: All purpose flour,
1 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1/2 cup: Cracked wheat cereal,
2 tbsp: Brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Butter or marg,
2 tsp: Active dry yeast,
Directions:
Add water to the pan. Add flours, cereal, sugar and salt to the pan.
Level dry ingredients. Place a piece of butter in each corner. Make a
well and add yeast. Program for "whole wheat".
