Wheat Rusks Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR,
2 cup: FRESH WHEAT GERM,
1 1/4 cup: MILK,
1/2 cup: UNREFINED SAFFLOWER OIL,
1 T: RAW HONEY,
1 tsp: SEA SALT,
CARRAWAY SEEDS,
SESAME SEEDS,
Directions:
Mix and knead all the ingredients together except the seeds. Roll the
dough 1/4" thick. Cut into sticks about 5" long. Place on an oiled
cookie sheet. Sprinkle some of the sticks with carraway and others
with sesame seeds. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees. Dough
may be cut in squares and made into crackers instead.
