Chocoloate Angel Food Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup: Egg Whites,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Cream of Tartar,
1 1/4 cup: Sifted Sugar,
3/4 cup: Sifted Cake Flour,
1/4 cup: Cocoa,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 1/4 cup: Sifted Sugar,
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites, salt, and cream of tartar until the whites mixture
stands in peaks.
2. Gradually fold in the sifted sugar.
3. Fold in very gradually, a Tablesppon or two at a time, a mixture of the
sifted flour and the cocoa. Then gently add the vanilla.
4. When well blended, pour into an ungreased tube pan and bake at 275
degrees for 30 minutes, then increase temperature to 325 degrees and bake
for 30-45 minutes longer.
