Ingredients:
12 ounce: Semisweet chocolate chips, (2 cups)
1/4 cup: Butter or margarine, (1/2 stick)
14 ounce: Sweetened condensed milk, (not evaporated)
2 cup: Pillsbury best all purpose flour, or
Unbleached flour,
1/2 cup: Chopped nuts, finely, optional
1 tsp: Vanilla,
60 each: Milk chocolate candy kisses, unwraped, or
Chocolate stripped candy kisses, (like hersheys
2 ounce: White baking bar, or
Vanilla flavored candy coating,
1 tsp: Shortening, or
Vegetable oil,

Directions:
Recipe by: Pillsbury 36th Bake-Off (1994) Heat oven to 350. In medium
saucepan, combine chocolate chips and butter Lightly spoon flour into
measuring cup; level off. In medium bowl, combin

cookie sheets; cool.
In small saucepan, combine white baking bar and shortening; cook and stir
