Low-fat Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Shallot,
1 tbsp: Extra-virgin olive oil,
1 centiliter: Garlic,
4 tbsp: Sauvignon blane,
1 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
-=OR=-,
Salt and freshly,
4 tbsp: Other dry white wine,
-squeezed lemon taste,
3 tbsp: Chicken broth,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into a
lidded jar. Chill at least 2 hours to let flavors develop. Per
