Sweet & Sour Brisket > Randy Rigg Recipe

Ingredients:
6 lbs: Single beef brisket,
2 large: Onions, sliced
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced
3/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1/2 cup: Vinegar,
1 cup: Catsup,
1 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
Place brisket in heavy skillet and brown on all sides, add onion and
garlic and brown. All other ingredients are now added simmered
(covered) until meat is tender, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Randy Rigg
