Three Pepper Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: , (4-serving size each) or 1
1 1/2 cup: Cold water,
-pk., (8-serving size) JELL-O
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
-Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar-,
2 cup: Chopped red, green and/or
-Free Gelatin,
-yellow peppers,
2 cup: Boiling water,
2 tbsp: Sliced green onions,
Directions:
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and
lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in peppers and green onions. Pour into 5-cup mold which has been
lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Chill until firm, about 4
hours. Unmold. Makes 10 servings.
