Scottish Short Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Butter,
4 ounce: Granulated sugar,
16 ounce: Flour,

Directions:
Mix ingredients, crumble altogether. When you can form a ball with
the above mixture, place on a baking board and roll 1/2 inch thick.
Cut dough into two pieces. (mix dough with buttered hands. Make sure
your butter is soft.) After your dough is rolled out place on
greased cookie sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from
oven, cut when hot or cool.

Best stored in cake tin and not in cookie jar.
