Shopp Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Cottage cheese,
2: Tomatoes,
2: Green peppers,
2 large: Cucumbers,
1 large: Onion,
1/2 bunch: Parsley,
1/2 bunch: Oregano,
2 tsp: Lemon juice,
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
Directions:
In food processor, shred onion, parsley and oregano.
In large bowl, cut tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Add shredded
onion-herb mixture. Add cottage cheese, lemon juice and olive oil.
Mix well and enjoy.
Yield: 3 to 4 servings.

Bram Vidinsky, a Bulgarian immigrant now living in New York City. He
came to Hodgenville, KY with his girlfriend Joan, who lives on Long
Island. They were here to visit Sally Wethington, Joans sister and a
