Honey-mustard Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Picklin spice,
1/2 cup: Water,
3 lbs: Country-style ribs, pork
1/3 cup: Honey,
1/4 cup: Vinegar,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tbsp: Hot sauce,
2 tbsp: Dry mustard,
1/2 tsp: Garlic salt,
1/4 tsp: Onion powder,
1/4 tsp: Ground sage,

Directions:
Shake flour in large size 14" x 20" oven cooking bag. Place in 12 x 8 x
2- inch microwave safe dish. Add salt, pickling spices and water, squeeze
bag gently to blend ingredients. Add ribs and turn to coat. close bag
with nylon tie; make 6 half-inch slits in neck of bag below tie.
Micro-cook on MEDIUM (50%) power 30 minutes; turn bag over and rotate dish
after half the cooking time. Remove ribs from bag; discard liquid and
bag.

To make Honey-Mustard Sauce: Combine remaining ingredients in a 1 quart
oven glass measuring cup. Micro-cook on HIGH power 3 minutes, stirring
after half the cooking time. Place ribs on grill over medium hot, direct
heat. Grill 15 to 20 minutes, turning and basting ocasionally with glaze.
