Spicey Beef Brisket Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Beef brisket, flat half
24 ounce: Salsa sauce,
12 ounce: Beer,
6: Pita breads, cut in half
1: Lettuce head, shredded
3: Tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Trim fat from brisket. Place in ungreased baking dish, 13 1/2 by 9 by 2
inches. Mix salsa sauce and beer; pour over meat. Cover tightly. Bake in
325 degree oven 3 1/2 hours or until tender. Remove beef; slice across the
grain. Stuff pita bread with lettuce and beef slices; top with tomatoes.
Serve with additional salsa sauce if desired.
