249452 Corn Souffle Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Yellow cornmeal,
2: Eggs, beaten with fork
3 tsp: Baking powder,
1 small: Can Ortega green chilies,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
-diced,
1/2 pint: Sour cream,
-Lots of grated Tillamook,
1 can: , (15-16 oz.) cream style corn
-cheese,
3/4 cup: Wesson oil, may use less

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a three inch deep casserole. Top with grated
cheese. Bake uncovered in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Serves 6. Easy to double and freezes well.
