4 cup: Instant potato flakes,
1: , (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 carton: Sour cream,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Directions:
Prepare potatoes as directed on package. Add sour cream and softened
cream cheese. Stir until well blended. Spread in greased 9 x 13
inch baking dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at
350 degrees until it browns nicely - 30 minutes.
