Warm Goats Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:
-In a microwave safe bowl, place about 1/4 cup creamy goat cheese
Directions:
2 Tbs vegetable oil 1 Tsp white vineger,,
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1/4 Tsp dried leaf thyme.
Microwave, uncovered on medium for 30 sec. Wisk until blended, Toss
immediately with greens.
I like this salad with my pesto Chevon(Goat Roast)
