Crystals Hobos Supper Recipe

3 large: Onion Slices, 1/3 Inch
1: Carrot, Cut Into Slices
Thick,
1/3: -Inch Thick, optional
3 large: Potato Slices, 1/3 Inch
1 large: Hamburger Patty,
Directions:
NOTE: This serves 1 person. Multiply the ingredients by the number of
people you are feeding.
* Heat oven to 325 F.
1. For each serving, oil a 1-foot-square sheet of aluminum foil. Salt
and pepper the onion and potato slices, and lay them in the center of
the foil. Add the carrot slices, if using. Salt and pepper the meat,
and lay it on top of the vegetables. Enclose tightly, and bake for 1
1/2 to 2 hours. Do not open until ready to eat. Open carefully.
