Cucumber Herb Dressing^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Parsley,
2: Green onions, cut in 1"
1 tbsp: Fresh dill, minced
Pieces,
1 tsp: Fresh tarragon, minced
1 1/2 tsp: White wine vinegar,
2 tbsp: Apple juice concentrate,
1/2 cup: Lowfat yogurt,
1 medium: Cucumber, peeled, seeded and
1/4 tsp: Dijon mustard, no salt
Chopped,
Added,
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except yogurt and mustard in blender. Blend
until smooth, stir in yogurt and mustard. Store in refrigerator.
