Cucumber, Yogurt, And Mint Raita Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup: Cucumber, peeled and thinly
2 tbsp: Mint leaves, fresh, minced
-sliced,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Yogurt,
1: Garlic clove, crushed

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together GENTLY, and refrigerate for 3 to 5
hours. The salt will break down the yogurt somewhat, and you will
have a thin, flavorful, and refreshing yogurt salad dish.
