Crumb Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 can: Sweetened condensed milk,
2 tbsp: Butter, melted
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
2 cup: Graham cracker crumbs,
Grated rind of 1 lemon,
3: Eggs, separated
2 cup: Applesauce,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350~. In a bowl, combine cinnamon, butter and crumbs.
Spread in layer on bottom of buttered springform pan, reserving some
crumbs to use later as garnish.

Beat egg yolks until thick and yellow. Add sweetened condensed milk,
lemon juice, rind and applesauce. Blend lightly. Beat egg whites
until stiff; fold into applesauce mixture. Pour into pan and cover
with remaining crumbs. Bake 50 minutes, or until cake tests done.

If cake is to served cold, leave in oven until oven has completely
cooled.
