Easy Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Thawed hash brown potatoes,
1 cup: Sour cream,
1 can: Cream of potato soup,
1 medium: Onion, minced, if desired
1 can: Cheddar cheese soup,
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a greased 2 1/2 qt. casserole and bake covered
1 1/3 hours at 325 degrees. Garnish with paprika. You can
substitute other cream soups, if desired. I use cream of onion and
