Fudgy Casserole A La Mode Recipe

Ingredients:
3 Blocks: Hersheys Baking,
3: Eggs,
- Chocolate,
1 1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1/2 cup: , (+ 1 Tbs) Butter Or
3/4 cup: All-Purpose Flour, sifted
- Margarine, softened
3/4 cup: Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
Vanilla Ice Cream,
Directions:
Melt baking chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water.
Remove from heat. Beat in butter or margarine, sugar, eggs and
vanilla. Blend in flour; add chopped pecans. Pour into buttered 1- or
1 1/2-qt casserole. Bake at 350 F for 55 mins. Spoon into individual
dishes and serve warm with ice cream. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
