Guacamole - Standard Recipe
Yield: 2 cupsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
2 large: Ripe avocados,
1 small: Tomato diced,
2 tsp: Fresh lime OR lemon juice,
1: Canned jalapeno, seeded and
1/4 cup: Sour cream, optional
Finely chopped, optional
1 small: Clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup: Onion, finely minced
Directions:
Halve the avocados, remove pit, scoop out pulp and mash with a fork.
Add lime OR lemon juice sour cream (if using) and the rest of the
ingredients. Mix well.
Note: To prevent discoloration of dip, place pits on top of dip during
storage.
